RezExpert's mapping module provides a visual representation of your Property's grounds allowing you to make a booking while viewing adjoining and nearby sites and amenities.

The interactive bookable map can be used as an online booking interface allowing guests to view available site positions for the desired dates, booking directly through the map by clicking on the available sites. 

Down-To-The-Minute module allows any establishment to book time increments per day. Essential for spas, golf tee times, tennis court rental, tours, boat and Kayak rentals or anything that requires an appointment.

The appointment module still utilises the unique grid interface within RezExpert. Reservations can have a unique colour code to signify the various statuses of a reservation (paid, no payment or partially paid, etc). 

You can set unlimited time slots and assign employees to time slots for easy management of appointments.

The housekeeping module allows you to set unlimited amounts of tasks per department or person. These tasks can be easily monitored and assigned by managers.

When the task is complete employees can easily mark the task as complete or assign the task to another member of staff based on the access level the employee is set at.

There is also an automated clean feature that displays on the reservation grid. When a reservation is checked out the unit number field turns red to warn the receptionist not to check anyone into the room until it is marked as clean by housekeeping.

RezExpert incorporates a robust membership management tool. 

You can track members, assign unique member numbers, assign a specific set of rules that apply to only certain memberships or to all memberships.

If some members have different privileges to others, they can be assigned different membership levels and get access to different rates, inventory types, times and much more. 

RezExpert allows you to assign unlimited amounts of notes and tasks to a guest. Every time an email is sent or received, a phone call is made or received, a detailed note should be added to the guest’s record. Set a task for employees into the future i.e. “Call Mrs Jones to remind her of the outstanding deposit on her reservation” Set the date this task needs to be completed.

Kennels and Catteries Industry:

RezExpert’s Notes & Tasks allows you to assign unlimited amounts of notes and tasks to a pet or owner record. Record email & phone calls, create tasks for office & kennel employees and set the date this task needs to be completed.

Automated and manual custom designed follow-up messages are an important part of a successful CRM system to maximise owner interaction, property loyalty and help raise revenue. Managing resort data and keeping track of all contacts with both is essential to grow your business effectively and to manage communication efficiently.

RezExpert contains automated communication options that allows you to correspond with guests via email and SMS. These can be pre-automated or sent individually as required. 

Confirmation - set an automatic confirmation email or SMS to be sent out as soon as the guest completes their booking.

Reminders - send guests an email or SMS prior to check in with any reminders or necessary information about their upcoming stay.

Marketing - After checking out, you can send guest an email or SMS with a "thanks for staying" message and even an offer to rebook or a link to a survey to write a review.

Individualised - send a personalised, individual email or SMS to a specific guest about anything relating to their booking.

Create the promo codes for your different specials and promotions.  Guests and staff can enter the provided promo code and automatically be offered the specific promotional rates/specials. 

Integrate your Access Control systems with RezExpert, allowing control of electronic room keys and access gate controls within one system.  

The keys or access PINs will automatically be valid on check in and expire on check out. 

Security Gates - Access Control

The RezExpert Security Gate interface works seamlessly with the RezExpert. You can specify a Pin number or issue Proximity Cards or combine both. 

The Security Gate interface is designed to work in conjunction with the third party Access Control equipment and “Evoluton” access control software, this software/hardware is to be purchased separately from RezExpert. Please call the Help Desk for a list of access control/security providers we currently work with. 

RezExpert has the option to issue PIN numbers when a booking is made or can be issued at the time of check in. Multiple PIN numbers can be assigned per guest.

PIN numbers automatically become active at the default check in time for that unit type (can be different for sites and cabins for example) and automatically become de-activated at a set check out time.

ANTI-PASSBACK Security

The anti-pass back function requires your guests to remove their vehicle from the property before bringing another vehicle in using the same PIN or card. With Anti-Pass back, there cannot be more than one vehicle per card or PIN number on the property at any one time.
