RezExpert's Commitment to Sustainability

RezExpert is passionate about and committed to providing a sustainable future for our children, grandchildren and the generations to come. 

Ownership and Management have by nature always been involved in environmental conservation, and have encouraged staff and the organisation as a whole to adopt the same attitude.

We are currently an active participant in the Queensland Government’s ecoBiz program and in 2023 achieved a Star partnership for water. We have also installed solar panels at our office which regularly returns power generated back to the grid.

The very nature of our business as a SaaS technology provider encourages the maximisation by our clients of virtual technology and the significant reduction, if not elimination of consumable goods.

We offer to our staff flexible and hybrid working arrangements, further reducing carbon emissions created by travel, as well as fostering a greater work/life balance - this has significantly reduced staff turnover and has resulted in a happier workplace.

Where possible, we have enacted a policy of sourcing products and supplies from local, environmentally friendly and carbon neutral sources.

We also support local environmental causes within our own community, including sponsorship of the Sandy Krak Reef Festival and the Citizens of the Great Barrier Reef initiative. We also support sustainability within our community by offering our unused office space to local social workers for use, significantly reducing their carbon footprint.
